Deposits
When booking a hunt a $50.00 deposit is due for each hunter. You must advise us of any females accompanying your group for we have limited private rooms. Deposits when booking a hunt are not transferable or refundable, but you may use your deposit to reschedule (within 12 months). Cancellations within 7 days of your hunt or “No Show” will forfeit your deposit. You may pay your deposit by check, money order, PayPal, or credit card. We can accept credit card payments over the phone.

Note: Fifty Percent (50%) money down is required on all special orders.
Discounts: $50 off second animal if taken by the same hunter on the same hunt. Does not apply to other discounts or current events prices.
Final Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and personal checks as final payment. *Effective January 1, 2017 there will be a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments.
Guide Fees: We do not charge a daily guide fee although GRATUITIES for your guide is accepted and appreciated.
